2026年1月の台湾における人民解放軍の活動状況。
Note:
1. On Jan 6, an F-16V fighter disappeared during night training off Hualien. The pilot successfully ejected, but search and recovery efforts remain unsuccessful as of the end of the month.
2. In the early morning of Jan 17, a Chinese UAV entered the airspace of Pratas Island (Dongsha). While Taiwan’s MND condemned the incursion, the PLA Southern Theater Command maintained that the flight was “legal and legitimate.”
3. Compared to the previous month, aircraft activity decreased by 44%, and naval vessel activity saw a 17% reduction.
4. No activity has been confirmed between Yonaguni and Taiwan for the second consecutive month. The last detection was on Nov 24, shortly before Defense Minister Koizumi asserted the legitimacy of Yonaguni’s missile deployments in response to PLA flights.
5. 30 balloons and 2 satellite launches overflew Taiwan this month. Both satellite launches experienced anomalies and resulted in failure.

1. 6日、東部・花蓮県沖で夜間飛行訓練中のF16V戦闘機1機が消息を絶った。操縦士はベイルアウトしたが月末時点で発見には至っていない。
2. 17日の早朝、中国の無人機1機が南シナ海の東沙諸島・東沙島の領空に進入した。国防部は声明で非難したが、人民解放軍南部戦区の報道官は無人機飛行訓練は完全に合法かつ正当であると述べた。
3. 前月と比較し航空機の数は前月より44%、海軍艦艇の数は17%の減少となった。
4. 日本の与那国島・台湾間での活動は前月に続いて確認されていない。
最後に確認されたのは昨年11月24日。翌25日に日本の小泉防衛大臣が前日に中国軍機が飛行した事に対して、与那国島で進むミサイル配備計画の正当性を主張して以来となる。
5. 台湾上空を通過する飛翔体について、気球は30機・衛星打ち上げは2回確認された。衛星の打ち上げについては異常が発生し、2回とも失敗している。
